Yes. Our conveyance packs are official and legally binding.

Where can I get TA6, TA10, and TA7 forms?

Can I Complete The Conveyancing Forms Myself?

Absolutely. If you have all the information available to complete the forms yourself, and you understand how to complete the form, you can save a lot of money. But, if you’re uneasy or unsure about completing the form we would definitely advise you to use a solicitor.
