At Property Documents Ltd, we aim to provide fast, accurate and reliable document services. Because our products involve digital and legally-sensitive information, our return and refund terms are structured to protect both the customer and our compliance obligations.
Digital Products & Services
Most of our services involve the creation, delivery or processing of digital property documents. Once a digital document has been generated or delivered, it cannot be returned, and therefore no refunds can be issued, except in the circumstances listed below.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund only if:
2.1. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment(s).
2.2. Service Not Delivered
If we fail to deliver the ordered document(s) within the specified timeframe and no work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Order (Our Fault)
If the document delivered contains errors caused by us, or does not match what you ordered, we will either:
- provide a corrected version at no additional cost, or
- issue a refund if the document cannot be corrected.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
Delays occur due to external agencies or third parties (e.g., government registries, data sources).
You provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information needed to prepare your documents.
The document has already been created or delivered.
You change your mind after purchasing.
You request a cancellation after work has begun.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if:
- It is within 1 hour of placing the order, and
- Work has not yet started on your document.
If work has started, cancellation is not possible.
